I'm Sarah McDonald, founder of Inject Digital. For five years I've helped businesses get found on Google, in the Map pack, and inside AI tools like ChatGPT, then turn that visibility into real enquiries. No jargon, no vanity metrics, just more of the right calls. Through this site I bring that same approach to trades and local businesses who want the phone to ring.
My story
I come from a clinical background as a nurse prescriber, a world where trust is everything and there is no room for cutting corners. It is the mindset I brought into marketing, and it is still how I work: carefully, and with your reputation in mind.
Over the years I have helped local businesses across very different industries get found on Google and, increasingly, inside the answers that AI tools give. What they all had in common was simple. They were excellent at what they do, but they were being missed online while less capable competitors quietly took the calls. Closing that gap, and turning visibility into booked work, is what I do.
